Juan Likes #01: Camouflage Obsession Continues

If there's a print that I really obsessing with, that will be camouflage. I don't know when this obsession started all I know is I managed to haul a cargo pants, t-shirt, scarf and a tote bag all in camouflage. After seeing my collection of camouflage print I decided to hunt for more.
ZARA Straw Hat
I guess you've seen this fedora hat from ZARA. I have tried on this before and don't fall in love with it instantly. Last Friday (December 23) I tried it again while wearing my camouflage t-shirt and I liked it a lot. It has that pale color of brown and green that compliment the dark color of my shirt. I am still on the offense of buying it for its price tag of Php 995.00. But let me tell you, I am seriously thinking of buying it next time I saw it.
Comme des Garcon Shirt Camouflage Moccassins
I have been eyeing these shoes for several weeks already from Comme des Garcon Shirt at YOOX. It looks very comfy don't you think? I am a big fan of slip-on shoes its very easy to wear and no lace to bother to knot. Being said it was a Comme des Garcon Shirt so be ready to pay a hefty price if I am not mistaken these babies cost around USD 250.00. But if YOOX would have it in my size (US 10) and put a 50% or at least 30% discount I will definitely invest my money with these shoes. (sorry kuripot* haggler* LOL)

Shopping Haul #3: Rebecca Minkoff Camo Toki Tote

Oh... Yes! I did it again! I shopped again! If you are following me at twitter you'd probably get heads up to my latest shopping escapade. :-)

Over a week ago I was reading the blog of one of my favorite blogger The Bag Hag Diaries  (a.k.a. Ms. Ingrid) post "Black Friday Deals!" where she announced the SALE EVENT of Shopbop. Being the shopaholic that I am, a"SALE shopaholic" to be precised I immediately grab the opportunity to get that Rebecca Minkoff tote that I'm lusting to buy with Shopbop.
Rebecca Minkoff Camo/Black Toki Tote

I have been stalking this Rebecca Minkoff Camo/Black Toki Tote at Shopbop for the past three months already. Yes that long! LOL And last Thursday December 1, 2011 it finally arrived at my door step via DHL without me worrying about the CUSTOM and TAXES or any charges.
Imagine how excited I am after DHL guy left. Hahaha

And yesterday (Friday) I decided to use it as WHOLE "day bag" for my super busy day that started at 5:00 am that ended at 7:30pm. The black leather handle and base are so super soft to touch and dark camouflage print is very low maintenance. Over-all the bag handle my whole day exceedingly well.
I embellished it with Foxtail + Copper Robot "Barnaby" keyring
Unfortunately this camo/black tote is already sold out. But you can always take a look with their other items. For example here another Rebecca Minkoff Toki Tote at Black/Pink Croc exclusively at Shopbop with custom and taxes pre-calculated into the price when you check out, so no more surprise calls from Customs officials :-)

Happy weekends everyone! Thanks for visiting by my blog <3 Oh don't forget to LIKE and SHARE my post :-)

Shopping Haul #1: ASOS Leather Woven Sandals

Last night I was doing my usual web browsing at ASOS. I must say ASOS is my most favorite ONLINE SHOPPING site. Anyone can achieve an ultra chic stylish look with ASOS without putting themselves *or myself*  in state of bankruptcy *LOL* Anyways back to the story. While looking around their Mens "Shoes and Trainers" SALE section I stumble on this cool "Tan Woven Leather Sandals".
ASOS Leather Woven Sandals
This is the one that got away from me last summer. I planned on buying em last summer but I waited too long & ending up with nothing. So this time that I have given a 2nd chance I just add in my cart & immediately check it out :)

ASOS offers a FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE with no amount limit. You can buy as little as $1 & still get a free shipping *LOOVE!!!* But please keep in mind all Custom Duties & Taxes will be shoulder by the buyer ;) So I advice keep your shopping limit below $50 (for Philippine shipping at least) to avoid heavy fees.

Roman in Style

I can't remember when is the last time I saw a "Via Crucis" or "Station of the Cross" in our neighborhood. For those who don't know  what "Via Crucis" is, its a Lenten activity of Catholic devotees that reenact the crusification of Jesus Christ.

Here a video of Via Crucis in Island of Marinduque, Philippines.
Though I can't remember when is my last Via Crucis, I will never forget how beautiful and colorful the costumes they are using. I especially love those Roman Sandal.
ZARA MAN: Roman Sandal
Roman sandal is quite a classic style, don't you think? It's been in style for over hundreds of years already to think even Julius Caesar may have been spotted wearing them. I love to think that these sandal is like Prada brogues for Julius Caesar or  Christian Louboutin stiletto for Cleopatra. *LOL*
ZARA MAN: Roman Sandal with buckles
ZARA MAN got few style of Roman sandal on their store now that retail for around Php3799.00. Though I know the price of these sandals is not for all of us you can always find this kind style almost everywhere *local market, flea markets and alike*. You don't have to break your bank just to look stylish.

And if you're looking for something more special and more luxurious sandal you can always check out MR PORTER.

Coloured Jeans

Aren't you getting tired of wearing those same "blue jeans" of yours? Are you ready for coloured jeans? If you answered yes to these questions we should come together do little shopping. And we paint the town in red, mustard or orange with ZARA MAN: COLOURED JEANS :D

Even before the summer begun I have been hunting for these rare bright color jeans. I just want to exude that festive summer vibe!
ZARA MAN COLOURED JEANS
Personally, I love these bright coloured jeans. I would wear this jeans with simple white V-neck t-shirt and comfy sneakers with hint of silver tone accessories. I don't want to over accessorize myself with this jeans or else it will look over dressed.
ZARA MAN COLOURED JEANS: Orange, Mustard, Red, Deep Blue
And if those bright coloured jeans is a bit to much for you perhaps this neutral color jeans is up to your alley. I have to be honest these pants looks boring for me. But still these jeans are perfect if you'd like to have a "Smart Casual" look and you can always pair it with almost everything in closet.
ZARA MAN COLOURED JEANS: Stone, Black, White, Silver
So what you think guys? Yay or Nay? Love to read your comments and suggestion below.

Thanks for visiting my blog page :D and hope I have made some sense *LOL*. Anyways don't forget to SHARE and LIKE. Have a great day tweeps! Tweet me at twitter ^_^

I follow her at twitter, watch her video blog at youtube and read her blog religiously *for two years and counting*. A day won't be complete without me talking or tweeting about her. I just love and idolized her so much.

Almost a month ago, I went to Hong Kong to visit my parents and also to "secure a potential career" for myself. I stayed there for two weeks. And in my last night of my stay is the flight of Ms. Ingrid for her Tod's event.

So here are my "SOMETHING IN COMMON" from The Bag Hag's Hong Kong Trip :D

Sunglasses for cluts... like me. LOL

The weather today is so unpredictable. One minute the sun is beaming over your head and next minute its raining. This is why I never leave the house without my tri-fold umbrella and sunglasses. Its better to be safe than sorry.
Ray-Ban OUTDOORSMAN II' ARISTA GOLD SUNGLASSES WITH CRYSTAL GREEN LENSES
Speaking of sunglasses here is my very first Ray-Ban the OUTDOORSMAN II' ARISTA GOLD SUNGLASSES WITH CRYSTAL GREEN LENSES. I saw this sunglasses from the guy on my voting precinct last Philippines Presidential Election. I was so amazed and intrigued on its unique "ear hook" that I even asked the man what brand it is and where did he bought it.

Ray-Ban Arista Gold OUTDOORSMAN II

I had this Ray-Ban for almost a year already and still look great. The "ear hook" is perfect for me for I am such a cluts. Because it serve as extra hold on your ear for maximum movement, without worrying that it might fall on the ground. And its gold metal framing gives that extra boost on anyone's look. Like the Ray Ban Sunglasses Aviator its lens also scratch resistant and made of lightweight metal framing.

For more style of Ray-Ban sunglasses try visit their website here.

Going Banana

Hi guys! I am back from my trip to Hong Kong. Sorry if haven't blogging that much lately I just been busy doing few errands. Anyways, I am here ready for another fashion or bag review for you guys.
Photo: Banana Taipei FB
Photo: Banana Taipei FB
During my stay in Hong Kong I saw this very cute bag that many Ladies and some Men are carrying. At first look I thought I saw a Hermes Birkin then on second look it was cotton or canvass tote bag with a Hermes Birkin photo printed on its all sides. How cool is that?

And from that moment on I created lusting for these bags. "I must have this bag" I murmured to myself. *LOL* Then I have learned that these bag is made by Banana Taipei. These bags are made in Taiwan and according to their website they only make 6 BAGS in one hour because of detailed quality control and handmade process. The price tag of these bags are fairly reasonable for price of USD60 up + USD20 for international shipping. *finally a Birkin I can afford* And there's already a long waiting list for this bag if you are interested.

Banana Taipei Lake Blue
I tried to get one for myself and emailed Banana Taipei official email: banana.tpe@gmail.com to make an order of Lake Blue and Sunset Orange.Unfortunately they've stopped accepting order since February 25, 2011. But if you want this bag LIKE them at Facebook and get updated when they going to accept pre-orders.

Sweet Colorful Candies

I still got a week to go before coming back home to Manila and I am spending most of my free time on walking around the City. Trust me guys when I say Hong Kong is a "temptation island" for a shopaholic like me. *LOL* So far I have two Burberry jackets, Burberry tote and Paul Smith leather belt which I will be blogging all soon.
View of Hong Kong harbor: Ocean Terminal
Yesturday I decided to visit the Ocean Terminal and the view of Hong Kong harbor never fails to awe me. After countless pictures taken and tiring long walks I took a moment to appreciate the view.
On me: Burberry Jacket, Tribal T-Shirt & Guess Slim Fit Jeans
On my way back to Central I made a quick pass through IFC mall and stumble upon the FURLA store then I saw these "eye candy" bags from their S/S'11 collection.
Furla CANDY by PurseBlog
Unfortunately these babies is need to be ordered first in Italy and then I'll have to wait for at least two weeks before getting them, *which I don't have the time to wait for it* because they were already sold out. *boohoo* I love to have it in blue or tangerine color, the bag is 30cm in length and 20cm in height and made in translucent glossy soft rubber material. For an Italian designer bag Furla is unbelievable wallet friendly handbag compare to other brands. These bag retail here in Hong Kong for HKD$2190.00 or Php11672.70. Perhaps I'll be trying my luck in Manila after this trip.

Thanks for visiting my blog page guys. Please like and share my blog in your FB and twitter account.

False summer

I'm here in Hong Kong today for a work related trip. And I made an mistake of packing my summer clothes. Because of 18 degrees weather I am force to use my credit card to buy myself a Burberry olive green bomber jacket. How do I look?

On me: Playboy eyeglasses, Burberry olive green bomber jacket, Burberry black polo long sleeve, Levi's jeans, Bench buckled belt, Lacoste sneakers and Polo Ralph Lauren brown plaid sling bag.
