Our Stylish Juan for the month of February

To be honest guys, I don't exert any effort on looking for our Stylish Juan. Luckily for us I spotted another celebrity couple at Greenbelt 5, Makati last Saturday February 26, 2011. I spotted them at one of my favorite place to seat and have a scoop or two of yummy gelato *nomnomnom*.

Like the sweet gelato at Gelatissimo, Troy and Aurbrey really sweet couple. I'd like to thank both of them for allowing me to disturb their date. And guess what bag Aubrey Miles carrying that night... a green Hermes Birkin!!! The moment I saw the bag, I just melted like an ice cream at my seat. But unfortunately, because of that star struck moment over her bag, I'm unable to take a quick snap of it *haist*.

But here is a quick reference of her Hermes Birkin. I'm not entirely sure if its the same Birkin she's using.

The KEY is in the PLAID

*hahaha* Yeah! I know my title is super lame, but you'll see later why I use it. Last time my blog is about POLO RALPH LAUREN Brown Plaid Sling Bag and this my follow up post.

Among of all print there are, plaid is in my top three print. But there's only few brands that really master the art of plaid and one of those brands is the American designer Ralph Lauren. Ralph Lauren is really known for his American very simple yet elegant design and of course his signature plaid pattern. I really enjoy having his pieces for its very classic look.

I enjoy it so much that I even bought this POLO RALPH LAUREN brown plaid key holder to match my POLO RALPH LAUREN Brown Plaid Sling Bag.

To tell you the truth at first I'm not really a fan of key holder I don't seem to see the benefit of having one. But after I bought this and few days using it I see the functionality of key holder *it prevent my keys to scratch my other stuff*. It made of brown plaid canvas with pig's leather lining and 6 gold key holder. It has one slot pocket for bills or receipt, internal zipper closure for small changes and small slot. I really recommend you guys to get a key holder for yourself.

 

POLO RALPH LAUREN Medium Green Plaid Sling Bag

And last for my plaid collection is this POLO RALPH LAUREN Medium Green Plaid Sling Bag. It has the same material with my first POLO RL sling bag. Saddle leather trimmings and strap,bronze stud and buckles, leather name tag and cotton lining the only difference is its in green plaid canvas. The dimension is quite adequate for essential stuffs like umbrella, wallet, lotion and hand sanitize. This items is quite suitable for rainy season for its shower proof. Though you have to be careful with color transfer when the strap got wet. But overall its a very sturdy and good bag to have.

Plain move over... Plaid is taking over...

Yesterday, I am been busy decluttering my closet of my unweared, unwanted and over used clothes. *Urgh! Let me tell you this* Getting rid of my old clothes is very hard to do. As if like I'm throwing little bit of myself in every piece. Upon this spring cleaning I also made an full inventory of my bags. And I realized two things; one I own a too much "backpack" *my friend @renzie22 coined me as the brother of Dora LOL* and two most of my bag is in black or in plain solid color.

And from the sea of my plain colored bags this POLO RALPH LAUREN brown plaid sling bag rose among them all. Its made of brown plaid canvas with saddle leather trimming, bronze hardware, saddle leather strap and cotton lining. If I'm not mistaken this bag is first issued around late 80's or early 90's by POLO RALPH LAUREN. The bag is quite heavy on its own, but very spacious that I can pack my netbook and still have a room with my other stuff.

On my personal opinion men are more difficult to dress than women. Unlike women, men don't have lot of option to choose from. If you'll take notice the fashion industry women are more celebrated than men. Even for my own clothing I have a hard time shopping for it. I Think I Need A Bag

It's been awhile since the last time I post something here. February is really a tough month for me. I'm under so much stuff like budgeting finances, taking care my four dogs and school work. But nonetheless after that so much stress I face everyday there is one thing that keep me insane and that is window shopping. I lwindow shop everywhere at malls, public bazaar and even online. I love window shopping cause it relaxes me, plus its fun walking on malls its the fun way to exercise.

I guessed this will be not a shock for anyone that I love ZARA. I love the style of ZARA its very chic and the same time effortless.

When I saw this on their store I immediately take quick snap so I can post it here *hahaha*. Though this T-shirt for women I just find humor on it print "I THINK I NEED A BAG".

Friends and Food

Last February 4, 2011 me and Apple decided to visit our dear friend Leah Olidan at her newly open food stand along San Juan Noveleta, Cavite called "TaBi-TaBi (TA-ra Bi-li) 2 go!.

The place quite small, ideal for a quick bite on the road which most of their loyal customers often do.But don't be fool of the size of their place, they have the biggest dumplings I ever seen in my entire life and the taste you have to try it. I absolutely love the chili sauce that Peejay Balen (co-owner) made especially for TaBi-TaBi.

We order almost everything on the menu, but unfortunately we're so "takaw" that we unable to take a picture on most of them *hahaha*. So here some pics of the food we ordered that survive *hahaha*.

I just love this song. It make me wanna wear my old "bota" or rain boots and prance around while listening to this song *hahaha*.  This song is first popularized by Nancy Sinatra (February 1966) and remaked by Jessica Simpson (2005) for the film "The Dukes of Hazzard".

Enough said about the song and lets talk about an actual boot. 

ZARA TRF BOOT with HEEL Php 1690.00

What we have here first is a "ZARA TRF BOOT with HEEL", though this is not a leather boot and only a polyurethane (man-made leather) material with cotton and polyester lining. The boots pretty light weight, it has two buckle strap for loosening and tightening and I like the slouch texture of it. The only downside I see about this boots is hard plastic heels.

Secondly, we have another ZARA's boots "HEELED BOOT WITH ELASTIC". This 100% Cow Leather material exterior boots comes in two classic color (creme and black). Its a bit heavy and a little bit snug fit on your legs that result in a little bit resistance in putting them on and taking them off.

Both boots will definitely make any legs looks like miles long. Plus they will look great on especially right now we are experiencing Philippine's very own Tropical Winter *hahaha*

Fun under the Sun

Sometime in May 2010, my family and I went to Canyon Cove in Batangas, (if you happen to read my piece in www.blognginamo.tk this was actually a part of my break up phenomena and should be part of MGA TIPS SA PAGMOMOVE ON..hahha!!).. If you watched GMA’s version of ENDLESS LOVE starring Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, they used the place as the main setting,(nanonod ang tita ko non dahil nanggaling kami dito..haha!!) the show was originally a Korean love series.. Don’t get the wrong idea coz im not promoting the show, mainly coz it already finished airing.. :D

This was the view when you get down from the lobby,we went down using that staircase (kahit may elevator naman) and parang umaattend lang ng ball sa mga fairytales ang ginawa kong pagbaba..chos! And if you’re wondering who are those people in the middle of the picture, yes!!, those are my family (iniwan ako habang nagpipicture picture ako)..hihi!!! They are going to enter the resort’s restaurant.. The food, by the way, was delicious and with big servings, but a little expensive for me.. Another but, since I didn’t pay for it..go lang ng go! hahah!!! Actually, there’s a part of entrance fee that is consumable of  the restaurant’s food..Too bad I forgot how much was the entrance fee.. But this is much cheaper than hidden valley that’s for sure.. We cannot bring in food to the hotel, so what we did was eat outside, we have food inside the van.. :DDD wise noh!! Coz we are too many to eat inside the restaurant.. For lunch, we went out and ate at the van, we brought the complete set for picnic, except that we were inside a van.. Then for merienda, we make use of the food stub.. diba!!

What I like about this place is the big pool..hihi!! Honestly, I didn’t get to explore the beach that much.. Kase naman ang corny!! Ang dameng bato.. Pero sabi nila may iba pa daw spot yung beach na talagang maganda, which I didn’t get to see coz its super hot that day.. On the picture it was early in the morning and the sun is not yet giving all its power, but come 10am until the afternoon, it was supeeeeerrrrrrr hot..as in!!! My energy was drained by the weather that I didn’t enjoy that much.. But the kids really enjoyed the pool more than I did.. 

 

I don’t know why it was so hot coz in most of the pictures I took it’s cloudy.. As in super init talaga that day, and the weather keeps on changing, maybe that’s why I don’t feel really good.. But look at the pics of the pool, it’s huge right??! Some part are deep but mostly keribels naman, kaya super happy ang mga kids.. :D I didn’t include any of my photo coz the swimsuit I wore was quite revealing..wahahha!!! conservative daw ako e.. :DDD The buildings that you can see on the background was actually the hotel and I don’t know if it is a family hobby that we don’t do overnight especially if we’re not complete.. Sorry guys, I didn’t get to see anything inside a hotel room.. Anyway, if you watched the teleserye I said earlier, they pretty much promoted the place so you already had a good look of the hotel..

 

And this is the beach.. :D wala lang..coz we didn’t actually spent very long time at the beach so I just picked this picture since the waves looks lively.. hahah!! As in dameng bato ng beach guys!! Hindi lang basta bato,, BATOOOOO!! My aunt was standing at the shore and suddenly she was hit by the big wave with a BIG ROCK!! Hahah!!! Not exaggerating pero buti nga hindi xa nagkapasa sa laki ng humampas sa kanya.. And the sand is not that white and not fine super dameng rocks talaga.. So we returned to the pool immediately.. I didn’t really explore the beach part, so im not sure if there’s a good spot or not.. As for beach lovers like me, but unlike me, can take the harsh waves and harsh rocks , Canyon Cove actually have very interesting amenities.. They have banana boat riding, jet skiing and im not sure if there’s also scuba diving.. 

 

What I don’t like about this resort is the washroom.. sooooooooooo far from the pool side.. Washrooms are very clean though and fully air conditioned but it’s really far, especially when you don’t have a hotel room and don’t know where to you’re your things.. They have lockers inside the washroom but it’s bring your own pad lock.. And WIFI usage is actually NOT free.. L Anyway, im not the person to say if this is a good place or not since I didn’t get to experience everything coz of energy drainage and we just visited for a day tour remember.. So all the hotel experiences are not for me to brag about since there’s no hotel room for us.. :D

So guys I hope you enjoyed the tour in canyon cove though it’s incomplete, at least you already have an idea of the resort itself.. I hope that you enjoyed reading and learned from the tips that I gave you.. if you can’t bring in food then don’t, JUST EAT INSIDE THE VAN.. :DDD
